Their mission is to inspire self-love and celebrate natural beauty by offering clean skincare products backed by the latest science so that everyone can experience genuine transformation at any stage of life. The Challenge

Beauty by BiE is a mid-end skincare brand. They wanted to increase the average order value (AoV) by encouraging customers to purchase more products per transaction.

Beauty by BiE has built a strong community of over 80k skincare enthusiasts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. They use social media to build brand awareness, reach their target audience, and drive traffic to the website for the final sale. Their social media is packed with branded, educational, and user-generated content, but their website looks like a standard Shopify website.

So, they wanted to create a cohesive experience for customers transitioning from their social media to the website.
