A Powerful Theme with Stellar Support! I'm absolutely thrilled with the Maestrooo theme! Not only is it visually stunning and highly customizable, but the support team is exceptional. They're incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, always going the extra mile to assist with any questions or issues. The theme itself is incredibly user-friendly, even for someone with limited coding knowledge.

Bad experience because the filter at the bottom right does not allow you to correctly insert the support or newsletter plugin (bottom right or left) in the mobile version because it overlaps. The support 0 stars because it did not help to solve the problem. They added an extra feature without thinking about the basic features of the filter location in the collections.
Been using impact for a few years. It's a great theme, easy to use, and looks professional and up to date right out of the box which is huge.

Nice clean professional theme. Lots of easy ways to customize it without requiring a bunch of code changes. Reached out once for support for a question and received response back within a few minutes. Crazy fast! The tech Eduardo that responded was knowledgeable and very clear on how to resolve. He made a change to our site all within just a few minutes. Excellent service from Eduardo!
The Impac Shopify theme initially looks great, but I faced many limitations and poor support. After submitting 10 issues, they claimed adjustments needed coding, which they don't offer. Issues like oversized titles on mobile and displaying only the product number were left unresolved. I had to fix everything myself. The support is slow, and if I had known this, I wouldn’t have bought it!! /F
The theme is great and well coded- didn't need support for almost a year and when I did (my fault) the developer was quick to response and solved it quickly and professionally. Thank you!
