Nice clean professional theme. Lots of easy ways to customize it without requiring a bunch of code changes. Reached out once for support for a question and received response back within a few minutes. Crazy fast! The tech Eduardo that responded was knowledgeable and very clear on how to resolve. If you have a custom font (which I imagine most established brands do) they won't help you to install it. "Computer says no". I had hoped such a professional-looking theme + provider would be forthcoming to a font change. Considering they can master their code much faster than me. I understand why they wouldn't do 3rd party app customisation, or major coding - but this attitude is too hands-off!
Hello, I think that globally its a good theme. But we have some problem with some applications. For example the Alma Pay payment doesn't work for the badge in the footer and produc page. Maybe a developper can help us? BR
Been using impact for a few years. It's a great theme, easy to use, and looks professional and up to date right out of the box which is huge.
The user experience is very good. I encountered a little trouble with the search box. After asking them for help, Gilda gave me a quick response and solved the problem perfectly. I am very satisfied
Bad experience because the filter at the bottom right does not allow you to correctly insert the support or newsletter plugin (bottom right or left) in the mobile version because it overlaps. The support 0 stars because it did not help to solve the problem. They added an extra feature without thinking about the basic features of the filter location in the collections.
