We purchased this theme and made modifications. When we went to add a wholesale store, we found out the theme does not support many Shopify features (combined listings, catalogs, etc), even though the theme listing says "Works with the latest Shopify features". Poor support. Were pretty much told, too bad.
love it, great layout, features and options built in to where i dont need to get additional apps. Only theme ive bought or recommend to others.
I was firstly very frustrated with a third-party app not working as I was told it would do with this theme, (I was assured by the 3rd part app that it worked perfectly fine with symmetry theme), and it did not. However, I got a great customer service response from the theme developer making me understand the issue better. It's a great looking theme, suitable for my products and brand.

I love this theme! I've used it for over 2 years and it still looks great. Recently I feared an issue somewhere (I wasn't sure if it was theme or app related) so reached out to Clean Canvas and was promptly assisted by Victoria. I have been using this theme for 4 years now and I like it that much that I have bought the same theme not only for 1 but for my total 10 stores, because it is very well thought in details and the company that provides it does very good updates continuously to it.
