WittyByte Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“WittyByte”) operates the Whatmore Studio and Shoppable Videos service. If You (the “Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) use these services, please do so responsibly. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If not followed, your account may be terminated. For paid accounts, charges will be based on Shopify’s payment policies. You may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be issued. You own the videos and content you create using Whatmore, and it’s your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws when using media and music. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and the Whatmore service may change at any time. We’ll do our best to notify you of major changes but make no guarantees. That’s the basic idea, but you must read through the entire document and agree to all the details before using any of our services (whether or not You’ve created an account).

Your Agreement with WittyByte

Your use of the Whatmore Studio and Shoppable Videos is governed by these Terms. The “Service” refers to all software, websites, and services offered by WittyByte in connection with video creation and management. By using the Service, you agree to the Terms, which may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. Your Account

You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving services under applicable laws in your country of residence. Only users over 18 years of age are allowed. You must be a human—no automated accounts are permitted. You are responsible for securing your account and password.

Use of the Service

You must provide accurate registration details and comply with all applicable laws while using the Service. Any interference or disruption of the Service is prohibited. WittyByte reserves the right to enforce usage limits without prior notice. You may not allow multiple users to share an account to avoid fees.

User Responsibilites

While there are no specific restrictions on product tagging, branding, or promotions within your shoppable videos or studio content, it is the brand’s legal responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. WittyByte assumes no liability for user-generated content.

Data & Analytics

WittyByte provides analytics tools to help you track video performance. All data is solely for your use and remains confidential. WittyByte does not use or share this data externally.

Music & Media Licensing

WittyByte offers access to a music library and media templates for video creation. You can freely use these assets across external platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), but the legal responsibility for proper usage lies with you and your brand.

Payment Terms

Payments for services will follow Shopify’s terms and policies. Missed payments may result in service interruptions based on Shopify’s discretion. No refunds will be issued if you cancel your subscription.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their accounts at any time, but no refunds will be given. Upon cancellation, users will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

API & Third-Party Integrations

WittyByte integrates with platforms like Shopify, TikTok, and Instagram. You agree to abide by the terms and policies of these third-party platforms. WittyByte is not responsible for any platform-related issues.

Content Ownership

All videos and content created using Whatmore Studio or Shoppable Videos are owned by the user. WittyByte retains no rights over the content, and there are no restrictions on how it can be distributed.

Service Downtime

WittyByte will notify users of any service disruptions or scheduled downtime. However, no compensation will be provided for any downtime that occurs.

Termination of Service

WittyByte reserves the right to terminate your account for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of the Service. Termination may occur without prior notice.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by laws typical for SaaS agreements. Any disputes will be handled through arbitration according to industry standards, with applicable jurisdiction depending on the user’s location.
